Ticket Information and Policies

Tickets may be purchased online or through the Box Office. Box office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm.
During show days, the box office is open one hour before showtime.
GCT accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Tickets can be purchased or reserved (by members) here.
Tickets must be paid for upon purchase.
GCT does not hold tickets on reservation.
Tickets are non-refundable.
There is no late seating.
If you are unable to use a purchased ticket, please return it to the GCT box office at least 24 hours before the performance. You will receive a tax donation letter for your efforts in the value of the ticket or a certificate good for another performance.
GCT does not recommend bringing children under the age of 3.
Arts Access patrons: Limited tickets are available and they may be reserved beginning at 12:00 am on the Monday of the week of opening. Limit of two per Arts Access patrons for eligible production. (Not all productions will have Arts Access tickets available.) Reservation requests must be emailed to tix@gctcomeplay.org. Requests will be reserved in order of receipt until all tickets allotted have been taken. Reserving tickets and failing to attend without 24 hours prior notice may result in disqualification from the program.
