What are Creative Partners?
The theatre is sustained year after year, by our amazing community of Creative Partners. These individuals and families demonstrate their love for performing arts through very generous giving. Consider joining in this community of donors so that GCT can continue to produce shows of the highest caliber for our patrons.

Creative Partner Levels:
Creative Partners are the lifeblood of GCT and every dollar is vital in providing the engaging and enriching education and entertainment you’ve come to love at YOUR community theatre,
As a Creative Partner Donor of any level you will be listed on website and playbills. The tiers and rewards for Creative Partners are listed below. Choose the contribution level that works best for you and read the important notes below regarding tax information.
▪ Friend: $150 – $249 Listed in playbills & website.
▪ Associate: $250 – $499 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Half-Season 54 Membership (4 tickets).
▪ Director: $500 – $999 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Full-Season 54 Membership (8 tickets).
▪ Producer: $1000 – $2999 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Double-Season Membership (16 tickets).
▪ Hero: $3000 – $4999 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Two (2) Double Season 54 Memberships (32 tickets).
▪ Champion: $5000 – $7499 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Two (2) entries to the annual Gala. Two (2) seats for the season Concert & Event Series. (Call to reserve) Two (2) Double-Season 54 Memberships (32 tickets).
▪ Benefactor: $7500 – $9999 Listed in playbills & website. Invited to Season Reveal. Four (4) entries to the annual Gala. Two (2) seats for the season Concert & Event Series. (Call to reserve) Three (3) Double-Season 54 Memberships (48 tickets).
▪ Season Sponsor: $10,000+ Listed in playbills & website. Mentioned in curtain speeches. Invited to Season Reveal. Eight (8) entries (a table) to the annual Gala. Four (4) seats for the season Concert & Event Series. (Call to reserve) Four (4) Double Season Memberships (64 tickets).
Many levels of Creative Partner reward you with Membership tickets. You may choose to supplement your rewards with other Member Packages or if you simply wish to have a package of discounted tickets to use however you like across the season click HERE
Sustaining and Recurring Donations: You may prefer to contribute with a Sustaining “One Time” donation or a Recurring “Monthly” donation of any amount, considered a tax-deductible gift with no rewards except the knowledge that you are supporting YOUR community theatre. Important Information Regarding Donations and Creative Partner Contributions:
All donation contributions to Germantown Community Theatre, a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 620903617), are considered tax-deductible. However, please note the following:
▪ For Creative Partner contributions, the tax-deductible amount will be the total contribution minus the fair market value of the associated membership ticket packages.
▪ Any other incentives or benefits offered within the Creative Partner program (such as Gala entries, concert tickets, special invitations, recognition, etc.) are considered “free” and their value will not be deducted from your contribution. These will be reflected as non-cash benefits on your yearly tax record receipt from GCT.
Additional Notes:
▪ Your business may wish to match your donation. Just make a note of their company name and address and leave us any notes about how they would like to be contacted. Your business may even be interested in our individual Show Sponsorship packages! Please call (901) 453-7447 or email Exec@gctcomeplay.org with any questions.
▪ A confirmation email will be sent thanking you for your donation, which can be used for your tax records.
▪ You are able to reserve your seats on your own through the website by signing in with an email and password you create, or you’re welcome to contact the box office to reserve your seats.
▪For specific questions regarding the tax deductibility of your donation, please consult your financial expert.
