Kaylea Jo Egnor is a passionate theatre educator and director dedicated to helping the next generation of artists achieve their performance goals. She is currently a second-year MFA Directing candidate at the University of Memphis, where she continues to expand her expertise in theatrical storytelling, performance, and artist development.

At Germantown Community Theatre, Kaylea leads the BFA & College Audition Prep program, providing high school students with personalized coaching through every stage of the college application and audition process. Her instruction covers audition repertoire selection, self-taping techniques, pre-screen preparation, application strategy, and researching college theatre programs, equipping students with the skills and confidence needed for successful auditions.

Kaylea is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can discover their unique artistic voice while preparing for the next chapter of their theatrical journey.
